We want to make sure that every guest feels comfortable and safe in our vehicles and branches. Below are our hygiene measures and tips for travelling to ensure all guests and staff are protected at every stage of contact.
Please check that you are not experiencing any common COVID-19 symptoms before travelling. These include fever, cough and loss of taste. Please check that you have not been in contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID-19. Do not travel if you have tested positive yourself.
Our online check-in is where you supply us with drivers' details, drivers licence information and watch our Safe Driving video. This reduces your time at the branch on the day of pick up and gets you on the road faster. Check in online here.
The Rental Agreement and Terms & Conditions will be emailed to you with the confirmation of your booking. Ensure you've read and understood these so you know what to expect on your road trip.

While visiting our branches, please maintain 1.5 metres away from others wherever possible.
We have hand sanitiser stations at every branch for your convenience. Please be sure to use supplied hand sanitiser as soon as entering the branch.
Please make sure you have your drivers licence ready with a translation if necessary and your credit card with you for check in.
High contact surfaces and high flow areas are regularly cleaned and sanitised in line with COVID cleaning regulations provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and other government agencies.
Every vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised for you. We assure you we have the highest standards of cleaning.

Before you depart, having a thorough vehicle exploration will give you peace of mind for the start of your holiday. We recommend arriving at your first campsite in daylight to familiarise yourself with the vehicle features.
If you have booked extras such as camping chairs and tables, check that they are in your camper before driving off. Top tip: Take this time to unpack your belongings and start a shopping list.

Please drop off your vehicle at the time provided on the booking confirmation. Late arrivals may be charged a late fee. Be sure to check the branch opening hours prior to returning to base.
Before arriving back at our branch, your vehicle needs to be returned in the same condition you picked up the vehicle in. Make sure you have emptied your rubbish bin, toilet cassette and cleaned & packed away your dishes.
Before leaving the vehicle, make sure you have packed everything and none of your personal belongings are left in the vehicle.
