These Terms of Use for AI Powered Features govern your use of Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) trading as Apollo RV Rentals Journey Planner AI chatbot and any other AI powered features on our websites and mobile apps. These AI terms supplement and form part of THL’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.

 

By clicking a button signifying your acceptance of these Terms, or otherwise accessing or using our AI Features, you agree with these AI Terms. If you do not agree to these AI Terms, please do not use our AI Features.

 

About our AI Features

Our Journey Planner AI chatbot is an AI-powered conversational tool designed to assist with your rental booking inquiries and trip planning suggestions. The AI Features use artificial intelligence technology to generate responses based on available information and your inputs.

 

AI Generated Content Disclaimer

Important: All responses generated by our AI Features are computer-generated and may not always be accurate, complete or current, or suitable for your specific circumstances. AI-generated content should not be considered as Tourism Holdings Limited's or its related brands' advice, recommendations or commitments.

 

You acknowledge you agree that:

• AI responses may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information
• AI responses do not constitute binding offers, guarantees, or contractual commitments by THL and our brands unless and until noted otherwise.
• You should independently verify all AI-generated information before making booking decisions.

 

Unless THL expressly states otherwise in a final booking confirmation or applicable rental agreement, an AI Assistant response is for assistance only and is not itself a confirmed booking, guarantee, contractual commitment, or final statement of price, availability, fees, taxes, services, or other details. If you believe the AI Assistant has provided incorrect, inconsistent, or unclear information, please contact THL before relying on that information or completing a booking.

 

Limitation on AI Features

Our AI Features are designed to assist with general travel inquiries and trip planning. However, our AI Features cannot and should not be used for:

 

• Emergency assistance or urgent travel matters
• Processing payments or financial transactions
• Submitting payment card information, passwords, government identification details, or other sensitive information unless THL specifically requests it through an appropriate secure process
• Obtaining legal, medical, financial, insurance, safety, or immigration advice
• Any unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or security-compromising activity

 

Your Responsibilities

When using our AI Features, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your queries where needed for our AI Features to provide the requested assistance
• Not attempt to access, reproduce or reverse engineer the underlying AI technology
• Not attempt to probe, scan, test, circumvent, bypass, or analyse any cybersecurity measure that THL has implemented, or probe, identify, assess, publicly report on, or exploit any cybersecurity vulnerability that may exist with respect to the AI Features
• Not use the AI Features for any unlawful, harmful or inappropriate purposes
• Not input personal, sensitive or confidential information beyond what is necessary for the travel inquiries
• Not rely solely on AI-generated responses for critical travel decisions.

 

Data and Privacy

Your use of and interactions with our AI Features are subject to Tourism Holdings Privacy Policy. As described in our Privacy Policy and any notice displayed with our AI Features:

• Conversations with our AI Features and related data may be recorded, stored and analysed to improve service quality
• De-identified conversation data may be used to improve our AI systems and related technologies
• We may monitor AI conversations for quality and safety purposes

 

 

Service Availability

Our AI Features are provided on an “as available" basis. We do not guarantee that AI Features will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruptions. We may temporarily or permanently suspend, modify or discontinue AI Features at any time without notice.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourism Holdings Limited makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability or completeness of AI-generated content. Our AI Features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourism Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special exemplary, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on AI Features or AI-generated content, including but not limited to any travel disruptions, financial losses or missed opportunities resulting from reliance on AI responses. These AI Terms of Use are not intended to waive any liability that cannot be waived by applicable law.

 

Changes of AI Terms

We may update these AI Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will publish updated AI Terms on our website. Your continued use of our AI Features after the updated Terms are made available will constitute acceptance of the updated AI Terms.
